Ell Fordyce

Elle Fordyce is a Beef extension officer working for the NT Government out of Katherine.

Elle, was first exposed to agriculture after visiting a family friends farm a lot as a child. She then went on to help educate high school students on agriculture which is where she learned she had a real passion for agriculture as well as understanding the huge gap between the city and the country in terms of the ag industry.

Studying Animal science with a particular interest in Cattle led Elle to Katherine where she’s living the best of both worlds both responsible for reporting and comms as well as getting out onto the research properties to help find solutions for Graziers with any issues they might have with their cattle. Elle was recommended to us by one of our listeners and we are so thankful for this.
