Blair Stubna

Blair Stubna (L: Blair Stubna) grew up in the small coastal town of Kepa Kurl (Esperance) Western Australia, where working at “The Abs” was a threat often used by teachers and other authoritative figures when you failed to fit into the conformities of school.

Starting from the floor up, she is now the Production and Planning Manager for one of the largest beef processing plants in Western Australia, Harvest Road. Blair is a proud committee member of Meat Business Women, a global network to drive positive change and transformation of the meat industry image.

Blair is passionate about cultural, education and gender diversity within the workplace and is excited to share with women the opportunities and support within the Australian red meat industry.
